Prettie Morning After Birthday Celebration....

Prettie-Monday...Jillian's-  Hi everyone!  I bet you're wondering what the title of my post means, right???  Well, yesterday the Paper Pretties Design Team celebrated the birthday of one of our design team members, Jillian Winters, with a  virtual birthday blog hop.  Well, I had a very busy weekend and was not able to have a birthday card ready for my blog hop post so I decided today to make her a "morning after birthday celebration" card!!  Jillian did a lot of celebrating for her birthday and I think this may have been how she was feeling the next day!!  Haha!!  I hope you had a fantastic 30th birthday, Jillian!!

Here are a few details:  The layout is this week's Sketch For You To Try from Jen del Muro.  I stamped Bunny Slippers Sophia in Memento Tuxedo Black in on PTI White.  I colored her in with copic markers, added some piercing with a mat pack and piercing tool and then layered it on a piece of Chocolate Chip cs.   The sentiment is from another Paper Pretties' set called Look Who's Perky and I thought it was perfect with this image!  I simply masked each word so it would fit in each circle punch.  The chocolate panel in the back was embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder.  I do not know the manufacturer of the DP.  The brads are American Crafts.

Don't forget about the huge sale going on over at Paper Pretties!  Everything in the boutique is 75% off!!!   The exceptions are the Pretties stamps and Swarovski Crystals.

I hope you have a great Monday!!

So my job was to bring the entertainment!  Now if you all don't know Jillian, let me tell you she is hilarious...funny....very quick in the comedy department....you see where I got my idea for the entertainment???  I decided to bring some funny to the party!!  I just had to bring the old cast of Saturday Night Live!!  Love these guys!!

So here is a big Happy Birthday, Jillian!!   I hope you have the best day ever!!!

Your next stop on this birthday celebration blog hop is Jackie's Blog...I wonder what surprise she's bringing to the party????

TECC42 Merry Kissmoose

TECC42-Merry-Kissmoose_JP  Hi everyone!  It's Friday and it's time for another one of Taylor's Cupcake Sketch Samplers!!  I knew this sketch would be perfect to use with my new Christmas Critters set by Kim Hughes.  I love love love Kim's whimsical stamps...they just make me smile!  They are also made of deeply etched rubber and they stamp beautifully!!  I have several sets now and I'm hoping Santa brings me a few more that I have on my wish list!!

TECC42-Close-Up_JP Here are a few details:  All stamps are from Cornish Heritage Farms.  I stamped the Pretty Pattern background in Artichoke ink on Always Artichoke cardstock.  The Kraft squares were stamped with the Fine Lines backgrounder in Real Red ink.  I punched these out with a square punch.  The cute moose was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black on PTI White and was colored in with copics.  His Santa hat was stamped, colored with copics and cut out.  I added some crystal snow glitter to the white brim and ball with a Sakura Quickie Glue Pen....hence the close up!  It was hard to see in the full pic.  The sentiment was masked so that I could put merry over kissmoose.  It was stamped in Real Red on Kraft cs.  The brads are Always Artichoke brads.  I love this color combo...Always Artichoke, Real Red and Kraft.  I flipped the sketch to the other side to fit the Moose and sentiment together.

TECC42_(sketch)  Now it's your turn to try the sketch.  Taylor will choose the most clever, creative and cute creation from the submissions this weekend to be the Featured Cupcake Sampler next week.  Your design and blog will be featured on her blog during Cupcake Friday.  You're welcome to create something other than a card, but just stick to the sketch as closely as possible and you'll be eligible for the Featured Cupcake Sampler honors.  If you upload your sketch to Splitcoast, use keyword TECC42 (for Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge 42).  Leave a comment on Taylor's blog with a link to your blog or gallery upload so Taylor can check it out.  The deadline to be eligible for the featured cupcake sampler is Monday November 17th at 8:00 am PST.

This week's Featured Cupcake Sampler is Steph Kraft.  You can check out her sample at her blog, Handkrafted by Stephanie.

SC202 Fa La La La La!!

SC202-FaLaLaLaLa-Cuppies_JP Good morning everyone!  I made this card for yesterday's sketch challenge, SC202, over at Splitcoaststampers.  I couldn't wait to use this new set from Taylor Van Bruggen's new stamp line called Stamp a Sweet Impression.  This set is called Home Sweet Home and I had to have it when I saw these singing cupcakes....Why, you ask?  Both my girls are in choir and I knew this would be perfect for their choir teacher and the parents who help out.  I'm also going to make some sort of treat boxes just to wish them a Merry Christmas.  I know Mrs. Williams (their teacher) will love it because she is quite crafty herself and she appreciates the time that is put into something handmade.  I know this because I did something crafty for her last year and she was all gushy about  it!!  LOL!

Here are a few details...The DP is the Ski Slope DSP from SU! (I am ordering a new pack because I'm almost out of the first pack!).  The cupcakes were masked and stamped so they were right next to each other.  I colored them in with Copic Markers.  The ribbon is from Taylor's store...I bought it in three colors!  It's hard to tell from this angle, but the choir books were stamped a second time, cut out and popped up on dimensionals.  Looks great IRL!

Well, that's all for now....I hope you have a splendid Thursday!!

Paper:  Real Red, PTI White, Old Olive, Ski Slope DSP

Prettie Wednesday Challenge

Prettie-Wednesday-Jules-Cha  Please.....go easy on me!!  Two weeks ago Jules challenged the Prettie girls to make a one layer card with scoring.  This card was pure torture.....thank you, Jules!!  LOL!  This was my 4th attempt at this card!!!  I felt terrible because here I was using this adorable Baby Jesus image and every bad word that could come out my mouth did!!  LOL!  One layer cards are so hard for me anyway, then you add some score lines and well I'm just glad it's over and I survived!!  (LM Apples O)

So here's what I did....The card base is Papertrey White.  I embossed two circles together using Nestabilities.  I then sponged around the circle with Creamy Caramel ink.  I stamped the Baby Jesus image in the center with the help of one of my very favorite tools, the Stamp-a-ma-jig.  I have had this tool for about three years and only in the last two months or so have I used it on almost every card....I digress....I then colored him in with Copic Markers and added some piercing around the main image.  The sentiment was stamped in the corner with the help of the SAMJ.  I then took a Scor-Pal and scored the lines above and around the sentiment.  It was way too white so I decided to sponge.....and sponge.....and sponge....and sponge....and sponge....you get the point.  That's where I became not so sure of the card....but what's done is done....A little Chocolate Chip Taffeta Ribbon and some piercing at the bottom and I called it quits!!  Let me know if I'm being too hard on myself!!

Don't forget to check out what the other Prettie Girls have done with this challenge.  Their links are in my sidebar!!

One quick reminder!!

If you didn't already know, Paper Pretties has started a blog, The Paper Clip.  It's your place to find out all things Prettie!!  So go check it out!!

Have a great day!!!

CC192 Christmas Joy

CC192-Kim-Hughes-Trees_JP  Hi everyone!!  I made this card for today's color challenge over at Splitcoast.  Today's challenge was hosted by the fantastic Christine Okken (christinecreations).  The colors she challenged us (and you if you want to play) to use were Basic Gray, Certainly Celery & Pacific Point.  I almost didn't do the challenge because I'm not fond of Pacific Point, but that's what a challenge is all about, right???

I used my new Kim Hughes set called Heart Warmers that Becky Carafa made me get...HaHa!!  After I saw all of the adorable cards she was making with this set I found myself easily enabled!  Thanks, friend!!

I paper pieced the trees with Certainly Celery prints DSP (retired).  The heart was also paper pieced with Pacific Point cardstock.  The snow is Stardust Stickles.  The beautiful white ribbon was sent to me, along with a bunch of other ribbon and some Bella images, from my friend Julie Lacey.  The PP strips of cardstock were dry embossed with the Snowflakes embossing folder.  Hope you like it!!

You are all so appreciated by me!  Thanks for stopping by!

Prettie Monday

SIYJ-Gift-Tag_JP  Hi everybody and Happy Monday!!  At the last Paper Pretties Stampin' In Your Jammies party, Charmaine challenge us to make a gift tag, and this is what I came up with!  I love Angel Wings Sophia so I knew I would use her to make a Christmas Gift Tag.

Here are a few details:  Angel Sophia was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black on PTI White.  I colored her in with Copic Markers and added some Martha Stewart Coarse Glitter to her wings and the bottom of her dress with a Sakura Quickie Glue Pen and then cut her out with paper snips.  The circle behind her was cut with Nestabilities and was dry embossed with the snowflake embossing folder.  The Bashful Blue DSP is from Stampin' Up!  The ribbon is May Arts (from a texasjodylynn share).  I used the tag corner punch from Stampin' Up! on the corners.  The sentiment is an individual sentiment that was just released by Paper Pretties!

Did you know that Paper Pretties has started a blog???   It's so exciting!!  It's called The Paper Clip and it will keep you informed of everything going on over at Paper Pretties!!  Why don't you head on over there and check it out!!

I hope you all have a great Monday!!  Thanks for stopping by!

VSHR5 Little Butterflies....

VSHR5-Little-Butterflies_JP  Good Saturday morning!!  I made this card for Verve's Holiday Release Challenges.  They are five different sketch challenges, this one being VSHR5.    If you do any of the sketches then you have the chance to win one of the new Verve releases on Sunday evening or if you do all five you have the chance to win ALL of the Verve releases this time around.  I was hoping to do all five sketches, but I was only able to do two of them.

Here are a few details:  The color combo is Bravo Burgundy, Sage Shadow and Creamy Caramel.  I used the Verve set, Petals and Stems.  The butterflies are stamped in Sage Shadow and the Bravo Burgundy body on the butterfly was done with the horizontal slot punch.  It's hard to tell from the picture, but the Burgundy squares are paper pierced and the butterflies on the squares were stamped twice with the second one being cut out and popped up for dimension.  The ribbon is a May Arts and was purchased at my LSS.  The sentiment was stamped in Bravo Burgundy on PTI White and was cut out with a ribbon die from Nestabilities.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I appreciate you taking the time to stop by!

TECC41 Merry Owls

TECC41-Merry-Owls_JP  Today is Friday and you know what that means!!!  It's time for another one of Taylor's Cupcake Sketch Samplers!!  This weeks sketch is one I will turn to again and again!!

I recently purchased this adorable Hero Arts set, Owl Christmas, at my LSS.  Aren't those owls so cute???  I just couldn't resist them!!  Anywho....let me give you a few details on this card:  The owls were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored in with Copic Markers.  They were cut and and layered with Nestabilities.  The sentiment was stamped in Real Red and punched out with the key tag punch, then layered on two punched circles.  The DP is my new fave, Ski Slope, from Stampin' Up!   The ribbon is Real Red grosgrain and the brads are from Making Memories.

TECC41_(sketch)  Now it's your turn to try the sketch. If you upload your sketch to Splitcoast, use keyword TECC41 (for Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge 41).  Leave a comment on Taylor's blog with a link to your blog or gallery upload so Taylor can check it out.  The deadline to be eligible for the featured cupcake sampler is Monday November 10th at 8:00 am PST.

Prettie Challenge Wednesday...SC201

SC201-Merry-&-Bright-Angel_

Hi everyone!  Two weeks ago I challenged the Prettie girls to score on their card or project.  I don't know about you but I love the look scoring gives a card.  It gives a plain piece of cardstock such interest.  If you scroll down, you'll see a close up of the scoring because it was really hard to capture in this picture.  I think I need to take a photography class!!

Sc201-Close-Up_JP  I used Angel Wings Sophia from Paper Pretties.  For some reason I always color her in red!  She was stamped in Memento Black ink and colored in with Copic markers.  The glitter is Crystal Coarse Glitter from Martha Stewart.  You can see here all the score lines from my Scor-Pal.  I just love this tool, it was a wise investment for me because it's something I use all of the time!   The sentiment is one of four new individual sentiments just released by Paper Pretties.  I just love the font!!  The layout is from today's sketch challenge #201 over at Splitcoast.  This card is going to Jessie!  I hope she likes it!!

Paper Pretties is in the midst of a huge sale....75% off everything in the boutique with the exception of the Pretties stamps and Swarovski Crystals.  Make sure you head on over and check it out!!

Also, don't forget to check out what the other Prettie girls did for today's challenge!  I'm heading there now!!  You can find the links in my sidebar!!

CC191, VHRS1 Merry Christmas

  CC191-A-tree-for-All-Season

Hi everyone!!  Sorry for the very late post today!!  DH got off REALLY early today and he and I ran errands, had lunch and hung out just the two of us until the girls got out of school!!  Woohoo!!  I did find time this morning to do the color challenge (Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss & Pretty in Pink) over at Splitcoast.  I really like these colors together!!   The sketch comes from the Verve Forum over at Splitcoast.  I recently purchased the Stampin' Up! set, A Flower For All Seasons and knew it would be perfect for the sketch.

CC191-Close-Up_JP

Here are a few details:   The poinsettia flower pot was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black on PTI White.  I colored the image in with a blender pen and reinkers.  The three flowers were stamped a second time, cut out and popped up with dimensionals.  I added some sparkle to the flower pot and the flowers with a Copic Spica Glitter pen but I had the hardest time getting a good picture!!  I used square Nestabilities to cut out the main image.  The sentiment is from the Level 1 Hostess set called Best Yet.  I added some score lines with a Scor-Pal around the sentiment.  I also added some piercing around the Riding Hood Red DSP but it's really hard to see, even IRL!!  LOL!

VSHR1sketchI so appreciate you stopping by!!  Hope you have a great night!!

Prettie Monday

SIYJ-Baby-Jesus-Gate-Fold_J

Hi everyone!  This past Saturday evening was the Paper Pretties Stampin' In Your Jammies party and I think I'm still recovering!!  LOL!  We had such a fun time chatting the night away.  Not only was there chatting and fun but there were also challenges put forth by the fabulous Charmaine Ikach!  The first of the challenges was to make a gatefold card.  Now those of you that know me know that I am a standard card maker.  I really don't get into the fancy folds, except when I have to or if I really want to participate in a challenge!!  I had never done a gatefold and had the impression in my mind that it was too involved and complicated.....Boy was I wrong!!  They couldn't be simpler and maybe, just maybe, you might see a few more gatefolds in the future...

Here are some details:  Let me start by saying that this card was totally inspired by this fantastic card that Jodi Collins made using the same set.   I used the brand new, just released, totally ADORABLE set from Paper Pretties called  The Nativity.  I stamped Mary, Joseph and the Baby Jesus in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them in with Copic Markers.  I cut them out and adhered them to the Distressed Stripes oval.  The Baby Jesus was popped up on dimensionals.  The main image oval is held down with the bottom right part of the sentiment that says "Jesus".  I added some piercing around each panel and was done....

Paper Pretties is having a HUGE HUGE HUGE sale.  They will be moving soon and do not want to move everything with them so this means HUGE savings for you!!  Almost everything in the Boutique is 75% off.....the only exceptions are the Pretties stamps and the Swarovski Crystals!!!  So get on over there and start shopping!!!  And while you're there don't forget to check out the sets that were released on Saturday!!

I hope you all have a great Monday!!  I appreciate you stopping by...

Verve Swap and some Halloween Pictures....

Verveforumswap_JP

Hi everyone and Happy Sunday!!  I'm still recovering from Halloween and the rushed day we had, but all went well.  The kids had a great Halloween and my MIL had a great birthday!

A few weeks ago I participated in a Verve swap that was posted in the Verve Forum over at Splitcoast.  This is the card I made for the swap and the cards I got in return were fabulous!!

Here are a few details:  The color combo is Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip and White.  I used two Verve sets for the card, Abundant Blessings (silhouette image) and Artful Elegance (sentiment).  The silhouette image was cut out with Marvy Punches and the sentiment was punched out with the large and small oval punches.  The DP is from the Bella Rose DSP.  The scallops were made with the scallop edge punch.  It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but there is some embossing on the two white strips on the top and bottom that was done with With Love embossing folder.

Here are a few pics of the girls in their Halloween costumes:

Halloween-Sarah

Here is Sarah dressed up as a kitty.

Halloween-Lauren

This is Lauren as a witch.  Every year she says she's going to be a witch and this is the first year she actually was a witch!!

TECC40 & Prettie Peek

TECC40-Prettie-Peek_JP  It's Friday and it's time for another one of Taylor's Cupcake Sketch Samplers!!  I paired this week's sketch with a sneak peek of the new DECEMBER stamp of the month from Paper Pretties called Sending My Love.  I know I sound like a broken record, but I love the Sophia stamps and they just keep getting better and better.  I think this image is so precious!!  She will be released to the public in January, but if you want her in December, then you need to sign up for the Stamp of the Month club by November 30th.

So here are a few details:  The color combo is Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette and White.  The DP is from the Bella Rose DSP pack from Stampin' Up!  Sophia was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored in with Copic markers.  I cut her out with Nestabilities.  The white panel behind the main image was scored in a diamond pattern with a Scor-Pal.  The Pink Pirouette panel was embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder.  The knotted ribbon is Riding Hood Red Taffeta.

TECC40_(sketch)  Now it's your turn to try the sketch. If you upload your sketch to Splitcoast, use keyword TECC40 (for Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge 40).  Leave a comment on Taylor's blog with a link to your blog or gallery upload so Taylor can check it out.  The deadline to be eligible for the featured cupcake sampler is Monday November 3 at 8:00 am PST.

SC200 Birthday Butterflies

SC200-Birthday-Butterflies_

Good moring and Happy Halloween Eve to you!  Halloween is always crazy around here because we have the girls Halloween parties and parade at school AND Halloween is my MIL's birthday, so we have the whole family over for dinner and then we ALL take the girls trick or treating.  It's fun but I'm usually running around like a chicken with my head cut off all day!!  So this year I made my hubby take a vacation day so he could help!!  How did I get so smart?  LOL!!

Okay, on to why you're here....the card!  So yesterday I was itching to do the 200th sketch challenge over at Splitcoast and made a little time in the afternoon.  I love the sketch and for once I knew exactly what I wanted to do!!  That doesn't happen very often so I went with it.

Here are a few details:  The color combo is Baja Breeze, Very Vanilla, Certainly Celery and a tiny bit of Old Olive.  I LOVE the blues and greens together and Baja Breeze is quickly becoming a favorite color!  The DP is Green Tea from Stampin' Up!  The butterflies were stamped twice on Very Vanilla.  One set was punched with a 1 1/4" square punch and the other was cut out with paper snips and adhered to the square.  I folded the wings up to give some dimension.  It was layered on a 1 3/8" Baja Breeze square and layered on a square of Old Olive square that was cut with my paper cutter.  I added a clear rhinestone gem to each butterfly.  The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's Birthday Basics and was stamped in basic gray on Baja Breeze and punched out with the word window punch.  The ribbon is Certainly Celery Wide Grosgrain.

Tomorrow I'll be giving you a sneak peek of one of the new releases from Paper Pretties using Taylor's Cupcake Sketch!!

Have a great Thursday!

Prettie Brayer Challenge

Pretties-Jackie-R-challenge

Hi everyone!  Two weeks ago Jackie R. challenge the Prettie Girls to use a brayer on their card or project.  This was a huge challenge for me!!  I just recently bought a brayer but had not put it to use!!  I struggled to figure out what to do, and after trying to do the Michelle Zindorf backgrounds, I settled on using the brayer with my cuttlebug embossing folder.   I'm not sure of the technique name, but what you do is brayer your color choice on the negative side of your cuttlebug folder and emboss your paper like you normally would and voila, you get this look!!  It's easy and so fun!  So thank you, Jackie, for making me put my brayer to good use!

Here are a few details:  I chose to use the November stamp of the month, Trim The Tree.  (If you want this stamp, make sure and sign up for the Stamp of the Month Club by this Friday, October 31st, otherwise you'll have to wait until she is released to the general public on December 1st)   She was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored in with copic markers.  I added some black glitter to her sash and bow and some red glitter to the ornament.  The layout is this weeks Mojo 58 from Julee Tilman.  The sentiment was punched out with the small oval punch and layered on a large oval and then a black curly label punch.  I did quite a bit of piercing with a mat pack and paper piercer.  It's hard to tell from the picture, but I also scored two lines above and two lines below the snowflake layer with a Scor-Pal.  The ribbon is May Arts that I purchased at my LSS.

I have a little bit of Paper Pretties news before I go...

Cutie Pie Contest!!

Pretties Monday on Tuesday...

Pretties-Monday-on-tuesday_

Hi everyone!  I was unable to post yesterday because on Sunday we took the kids to the pumpkin patch and I left my camera in my Mom's car!  You should have seen me and my house yesterday when I couldn't find my camera!  My Mom called me last night and said it was in her car!  WHEW....I thought I was going to have to buy a new one...She got it to me this morning and I was able to photograph my card!

So for my Pretties Monday (on Tuesday) card, I broke out this adorable set called Snowflake Kisses.  It is the first time this set has seen ink!  I love the snowflakes in this set and decided to make that the background.

So here are some details:  The snowflakes were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and were colored in with a Sage Shadow marker.  I cut that layer into threee and layered it on a piece of Sage Shadow cs and then a piece of Not Quite Navy cs.  I added some Patina Stickles to the outer edges of each snowflake.  The sentiment was masked so that I could fit it in an oval punch.  The mittens were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and were colored in with a Not Quite Navy and Sage Shadow marker.  I added some Patina Stickles to the center snowflake on the mittens and some Crystal Snow glitter to the white fur.  They were attached to the card with dimensionals to make it look like they were hanging from the silver cord.  The brads are NQN from the Earth Elements brad collection.

Here are a few reminders:

Don't forget that in honor of breast cancer awareness month Paper Pretties is still having their 40% off Everything Pink Sale in the boutique.  It ends on the 31st....so don't miss out!!

Making The Grade Teacher Set...

4-Celebrity-Sketches_JP

The last three or four weekends, I have been enjoying checking out the beautiful sets of cards that Laura Fredrickson (scrapnextras) has been creating with the "Blog Celebrity" sketches that are posted every weekend.  I had some extra time this weekend so I decided to give it a try!!  Thanks, Laura!!  If you scroll down, I have individual pics of each card with a link to the sketch!

4-Celebrity-JDM-SFYTT_JP

This card uses Jen del Muro's Sketch For You To Try.  This card is my favorite of the bunch and it came together so fast!!

4-Celebrity-Beate-WSC63_JP

This sketch is Beate's Weekend Sketch #63.  I tweaked it a bit by placing the lined paper layer at an angle.

4-Celebrity-Julee-Mojo56_JP

This sketch is Julee Tilman's Mojo Sketch #56.  I also took a little liberty with this sketch by placing the lined paper at an angle also.  I excluded the bow and added the star instead.

4-Celebrity-Lauren-My-Time-

This last sketch is from Lauren Meaders Saturday Sketch #9.  This particular sketch was the hardest for me, but it is my youngest DD's favorite!

This set of cards is on its way to my good friend and fellow stamper, Becky Carafa.  Becky's husband has been going through some major health problems and is recovering from surgery that he had to undergo recently.  Friends and family of Becky and her DH, Chad,  are throwing a Spaghetti Dinner next weekend with a silent auction to help them out and this is my donation to the silent auction!!  You know I love ya, girl!!!

Gotta run....we're taking the girls to the Pumpkin Patch today!  It's a beautiful sunny day here in California with highs expected in the low 80's!!  I know I know....don't hate me!!  LOL!

I so appreciate you stopping by!!

TECC39 Happy Cuppie Halloween!

TECC39-Happy-Cuppie-Hallowe

It's Friday and that means it's time for another one of Taylor's Cupcake Sketch Samplers!!  In honor of Taylor's new holiday stamp release that went live today, I decided to use the adorable Stamp a Sweet Impression set from Taylored Expressions called  Trick or Sweet.  I adore this set!  The little cuppies are so cute all dressed up in their Halloween finest!!

TECC39-close-up_JP Here are a few details on the card:  Card size is a  5 1/4" square.  The DP is Ghostly Greetings from Stampin' Up!  The cuppies were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black, colored in with Copics, cut out with paper snips and popped up on the Old Olive circle with dimensionals.  The gems are from Me and My Big Ideas.  The sentiment was too big for the space, so I masked it and stamped the Happy above the Halloween and punched it out with a small oval punch.  The ribbon is Stampin' Up!  I think that just about covers it, but if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to e-mail me!

TECC39_(sketch)

Now it's your turn to try the sketch. If you upload your sketch to Splitcoast, use keyword TECC39 (for Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge 39).  Leave a comment on Taylor's blog with a link to your blog or gallery upload so Taylor can check it out.  The deadline to be eligible for the featured cupcake sampler is Monday October 27th at 8:00 am PST.

This weeks Featured Cupcake Sampler is Kathie Bailey.  You can check out Kathie's sample on her blog,  Just An Inkling.
